Employment Overview Job Location: Dubai, UAE Industry: Government Relations Function: Public Policy Salary: 28000-35000 monthly (Market estimated) Gender: Any Candidate Nationality: Any Candidate Current Location: Any Job Type: Full Time What You'll Do * Lead the implementation of public policy and diplomatic files to fulfill the country's obligations under international law * Supervise multiple sub-units within the department to ensure efficiency and eliminate overlapping functions * Develop and monitor strategic and operational plans in line with national cooperation goals * Maintain and manage a comprehensive portfolio of international organizations and related national initiatives * Track performance indicators, conduct department reviews, and submit annual reporting to senior leadership * Cultivate strategic relationships with external international partners and drive internal culture of excellence * Oversee policy execution related to global institutions and coordinate with domestic agencies for alignment * Lead the design and continuous improvement of operational procedures, KPIs, and departmental quality standards * Manage core administrative activities such as budgeting, planning, reporting, and service delivery oversight * Foster a collaborative and continuously learning team environment that supports innovation and accountability Candidate Requirements * PhD in International Relations with a minimum of 4 years of leadership experience OR Master's degree with 7 years OR Bachelor's with 10 years in international cooperation or policy roles * Strong track record in policy leadership, international relations, or strategic planning in a public sector environment * Proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder ecosystems across global and national entities * Expertise in administrative management, public diplomacy, and compliance with international frameworks * Excellent written and verbal communication, planning, and team-building skills Life at Dicetek Dicetek empowers change at the intersection of technology, governance, and international cooperation.
