About the Role:
Lead the Identity and Access Management team, providing strategic vision and leadership to ensure the effective management of identity and access controls.
Drive the development of strategic plans to ensure the highest level of security for our business, partners, and clients.
Analyze complex data, identify opportunities to improve our security posture, and develop recommendations to mitigate risks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective implementation of security controls and procedures.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, partners, and vendors.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in a role focused on information security, with a minimum of 3 years of direct leadership experience.
Deep understanding of identity and access management, including the risks and vulnerabilities associated with it.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead a team to develop these skills.
Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment and respond to changing expectations in a deadline-driven situation.
Preferred Qualifications:
CISSP, CISM, or other related certifications.
Six Sigma or other related analytical certifications.
