As Director of Field Services, you will be instrumental in ensuring that our vendors and team members embody our core values and deliver exceptional service and quality.

Key Responsibilities


Develop and implement strategies and programs to lead our vendors and team members to represent our core values and deliver premium service and quality.
Become intimately familiar with Class Valuation and other relevant technology and processes utilized in innovation, staying closely tied to our operations, product, and technology owners.
Incorporate feedback from users, providers, operations, and others to improve and enhance our program development, iterating on the program as we gain learnings through deployment in production.
Identify areas for program and development improvement, designing program development for vendor efficiency, success, and retention, as well as the proliferation of our core values and expectations of excellence.
Capture feedback to provide to all other internal stakeholders, participating in the strategy of utilization of staff versus network to support innovation solutions.
Develop and execute client and user training, conducting follow-up and feedback delivery from end-users and clients.
Foster cohesive collaboration with the Digital Operations team, developing and leading continuing education, ongoing training, and training updates for vendors and team members.
Partner with senior team members and managers to develop and maintain all team processes and SOPs, driving constant improvement for the highest quality digital valuations and best possible customer and partner experiences.
Support the Executive Management Team whenever called upon, performing related duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in a similar leadership role, preferably in a remote or distributed team environment.
A background in innovation, technology, or a related field.
Knowledge of Class Valuation or similar technologies and processes.
Experience with vendor management and development.
A proven track record of driving growth and adoption of innovative solutions.
