Job Title: Director of Fee and SoE (Schedule of Events)
Job Summary:
The Director of Fee and SoE will be responsible for overseeing the fee and schedule of events processes for the organization. This role will involve managing a team and working closely with other departments to ensure accurate and timely billing of fees, as well as the development and execution of a comprehensive schedule of events.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement fee and schedule of events policies and procedures for the organizationManage the fee and SoE processes, including the accurate and timely billing of fees, and the development and execution of a comprehensive schedule of eventsWork closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure that all events are properly marketed and promotedCollaborate with other departments to ensure that all events are properly staffed and supportedMonitor the effectiveness of the fee and SoE processes, and identify areas for improvementDevelop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and high-quality servicesManage a team responsible for fee and SoE processes, providing coaching and mentoring as neededProvide regular reports to senior management on fee and SoE activities and performanceEnsure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related fieldMinimum of 7 years of experience in a fee and SoE management role, preferably in the events industryProven track record of successfully managing a team and implementing fee and SoE policies and proceduresStrong organizational and project management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficiency in Microsoft Office and related software
