This role will focus on driving revenue growth through strategic distribution partners, optimizing channel performance, and aligning with Extreme Networks’ go-to-market initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in channel sales, distribution management, and a strong understanding of the networking technology landscape. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute the Americas distribution strategy aligned with corporate objectives. • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key distribution partners. • Collaborate with regional sales leaders to ensure alignment and execution of joint business plans. • Drive revenue growth through distribution-led initiatives and partner enablement. • Identify and recruit new distribution partners to expand market reach. • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize partner productivity. • Manage quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with distributors and internal stakeholders. • Ensure accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting. • Oversee MDF (Market Development Funds) planning and ROI tracking. • Work closely with marketing, product management, and customer success teams to support partner success. • Align with global distribution and channel programs to ensure consistency and scalability. • Ensure sales forecasting excellence through accurate, data-driven projections and collaboration with finance and operations teams. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). • 10+ years of experience in channel sales or distribution management in the networking or IT industry. • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing multi-million-dollar distribution relationships. • Strong understanding of the networking technology ecosystem (LAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, cloud networking). • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. • Ability to travel up to 50% across the Americas. Preferred Skills • Experience with Extreme Networks solutions or similar enterprise networking vendors. • Bilingual (English and Spanish or Portuguese) is a plus. • Familiarity with Salesforce, Tableau, PRM tools, and data analytics/AI platforms.
