Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive set of KPIs to measure the effectiveness of our initiatives
Define metrics and lead the development of the data pipeline and dashboards to distribute these metrics and report progress towards our goals
Analyze business issues and identify root causes, recommending solutions and setting meaningful expectations based on established success criteria and key metrics
Assess proposed business cases for projects and initiatives, translating business requirements into strategies and aligning the team to the business strategy
Identify and recommend the most suitable visualization tools and define application design based on client needs
Provide overall direction by analyzing business objectives and client needs, developing and implementing business strategies, plans, and practices
Develop and leverage internal and external partnerships and networks, leading strategic community engagement and inclusion initiatives
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, computer science)
Proficiency in SQL, Python, and large data tools (e.g., Hive)
Experience with dashboarding tools (e.g., Looker) and scheduling/workflow tools (e.g., Wind current)
Ability to communicate complex data insights to senior leaders
Experience driving a team of analysts
Preferred Qualifications:
Background or education in statistics
Experience with AI and data science techniques
Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques
