Our mission is to harness the power of technology to transform the healthcare landscape, and we're seeking talented individuals who share our vision to join our team. **Job Summary** As the Director of Customer Success, Acute & Payer, you will be responsible for leading, coaching, and managing a team of Customer Success Managers who support our Acute (Provider) enterprise and strategic customers. This role requires a strong understanding of the healthcare industry, particularly in the acute and provider areas, as well as experience in leading enterprise/SaaS customer success teams. You will be the first point of escalation for our customers and will work closely with sales, professional services, and other leaders to ensure success across the business value stream. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead, coach, and manage a team of Customer Success Managers to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and value realization * Develop and execute strategies to drive growth, retention, and expansion of our Acute (Provider) enterprise and strategic customers * Collaborate with sales, professional services, and other leaders to ensure seamless handoffs and successful customer onboarding * Provide strategic guidance and support to customers to help them achieve their goals and objectives * Analyze customer data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for growth and improvement * Develop and implement processes to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and growth * Escalate complex customer issues and concerns to senior leadership as needed * Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform strategic decisions **Essential Qualifications** * Proven track record of successfully leading enterprise/SaaS customer success teams * Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, particularly in the acute and provider areas * Health Tech background and experience strongly preferred * Experience in roles with accountability over metrics and/or P&L * Experience in accountability for net revenue retention and customer value and health * Strong collaborator who can work effectively with sales, professional services, and other leaders * Strong judgment on when and how to escalate complex customer issues * Strategic thinker who can partner with stakeholders on how to approach and drive success in the state * Quick study on all things in the market who can grasp the complicated dynamics of our customers * Strong people manager who can motivate and develop a high-performing team **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working with healthcare providers and payers * Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance * Experience with customer success metrics and KPIs * Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services * Experience with remote team management and leadership **Skills and Competencies** * Strong leadership and management skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to analyze complex data and metrics to inform strategic decisions * Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong collaboration and teamwork skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Strong customer service and relationship-building skills **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
