Director of Customer Engagement
We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Customer Engagement to lead our customer-facing initiatives and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to deepen customer relationships, identify new sales opportunities, and expand our services portfolio.

About the Role:
The Director of Customer Engagement will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, upselling and cross-selling our services, and developing long-term relationships with our clients. You will be responsible for:
Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers at existing and new clients
Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions
Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
12+ years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding existing accounts
Strong understanding of the IT services industry, including consulting, implementation, integration, analytics, and managed services
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions
Bachelor's degree in a related field, with an MBA or other advanced degree preferred

Annual compensation: $170,000 - $225,000 (base salary: $130,000 - $165,000, variable: $40,000 - $60,000)
