Come join our team!The RoleLark is seeking a dynamic Director of Clinical Insights to join our team, reporting directly to the Chief Medical Officer. This strategic role combines advanced data analysis capabilities with business acumen to drive insights that inform product development, client strategy, and organizational growth within the health technology sector.What You’ll DoLead comprehensive data analysis initiatives to extract meaningful insights from complex healthcare datasetsTranslate analytical findings into actionable business recommendations for internal stakeholders and external clientsDevelop and deliver sophisticated client reporting solutions that demonstrate value and drive decision-makingEstablish data-driven methodologies to measure and communicate business impactRepresent Lark clinically in client-facing meetings and RFPs to promote and disseminate strategic clinical insightsPartner closely with clients to understand their strategic objectives and analytical needs, and develop a plan to implement these objectives and needs into our clinical research strategyPartner with the data science team to develop innovative analytical approaches and methodologiesCoordinate with the product team to inform feature development and product strategy based on data insightsAuthor high-quality articles for peer-reviewed journals, contributing to the broader healthcare analytics discourseDevelop compelling white papers that showcase Lark Technologies' expertise and thought leadershipPresent findings and recommendations to C-level executives and key stakeholdersRepresent Lark at industry conferences and professional forumsWhat You’ll NeedPhD in a quantitative field (Economics, Statistics, Epidemiology, Public Health, or related discipline) or equivalent professional experienceProven track record in health technology or healthcare analytics environmentsDemonstrated experience in health economics analysis and healthcare outcomes researchAdvanced proficiency in statistical analysis and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau)Experience with health economic modeling and outcomes research methodologiesAbility to work with large, complex datasets and derive meaningful insightsExceptional written and verbal communication skills, including interfacing with external customers and internal stakeholdersPublished experience in peer-reviewed academic journalsExperience managing cross-functional projects and initiativesExperienced in managing a team of analysts and researchersKnowledge of Healthcare reimbursement models and value-based careExperience with regulatory requirements in healthcare techWorking at Lark Lark operates as a remote organization, requiring all employees to reside within the United States. The specific salary offered to a candidate will depend on various factors, including their location, job level, and verified job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
