Director of Business Strategy, ITM

Job Description: • This is a remote position. Director of Business Strategy - ITM (Inspect / Test / Maintain – Public Safety SaaS) • About First Due: leading end-to-end software platform for Fire, EMS, and Public Safety agencies. We deliver mission-critical applications that streamline operations, ensure compliance, and improve community safety. • Role Overview: We are seeking a Director of Business Strategy - ITM to drive the success of this critical product line. This is a cross-functional leadership role responsible for coordinating efforts across Product, Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Experience to ensure that ITM meets and exceeds goals for ARR growth, retention, and market share expansion. Acting as the general manager of the ITM business, you will report directly into the Executive team. Your responsibility is to ensure First Due’s ITM solution becomes the best-in-class compliance and inspection platform for Fire and Life Safety. • Responsibilities: Product & Market Strategy; Sales & Marketing Enablement; Partnerships & Ecosystem; Customer Success & Adoption; Reporting & Leadership • Qualifications: Required: 7+ years of SaaS product strategy, business development, or GTM roles. Preferred: Domain expertise in Public Safety, Fire & Life Safety compliance, or RegTech.
