Keep reading!Position OverviewPHIL is seeking a well-rounded Analytics and Strategy Director to play a critical role in our growing Business Operations team. This role will focus on supporting strategic initiatives, enabling data-driven decision-making, and driving visibility into business performance. Reporting to the Vice President of Business Operations, you will partner cross-functionally across client success, finance, product, and operations to identify opportunities, analyze performance, and deliver strategic insights.ResponsibilitiesLeading key analyses to support company strategy and client decision-makingTranslating business goals into data analytics and dashboard developmentBuilding visualizations and reporting tools that communicate key business insightsIdentifying and evaluating data-driven opportunities for operational and product improvementsPartnering with teams to forecast demand and understand business trendsEnsuring the quality and accessibility of data through cleansing, modeling, and maintenanceDriving adoption and self-service analytics across the organizationQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)5–10 years of experience in analytics, business strategy, FP&A, consulting, or startup operationsExcellent communication skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insightsComfort with ambiguity and solving problems dynamically without well-worn pathsAbility to partner with cross-functional stakeholders and influence decisionsProficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Looker)Strong analytical skills with high attention to detailUnderstanding of financial statements (P&L), operational KPIs, and forecasting techniquesPreferred QualificationsHealthcare or pharmaceuticals industry experienceExperience in fast-paced startup environmentsFamiliarity with SQL or similar data querying languagesMBA or other advanced degreeBenefitsGround floor opportunity with one of the fastest-growing startups in health-techFully remote working environmentCompetitive compensation (commensurate with experience)Full benefits (medical, dental, vision)401(k) contribution opportunityPHIL Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
