Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B go-to-market strategy for Adobe, in line with the company's overall business goals and objectives. Lead and manage a team of cross-functional stakeholders to drive the transformation of Adobe's B2B go-to-market strategy. Conduct market research and analysis to identify key trends, opportunities, and challenges in the B2B technology landscape. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align on go-to-market plans and ensure cross-functional alignment.Drive the development and implementation of new sales and marketing initiatives to support the B2B go-to-market strategy. Monitor and measure the effectiveness of go-to-market initiatives, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. Identify and develop partnerships and alliances to support Adobe's B2B go-to-market strategy. Communicate and present progress, challenges, and successes of the B2B go-to-market transformation to senior leadership.
