Director of Amazon (Amazon Seller & Vendor, Remote)
Position Summary:
The Director of Amazon will lead a team of 8-12 brand managers and specialists, overseeing the management of 10-15 brands. This position focuses on high-level strategy, people management, and client relationship management. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central, with a background in consumer packaged goods... (CPG) and experience managing large advertising budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
Β Lead and manage a team of 8-12 brand managers and specialists.
Β Oversee the management and growth of 10-15 brands on Amazon.
Β Develop and implement high-level strategies to drive brand success and market expansion.
Β Act as a people manager, providing guidance, coaching, and support to team members.
Β Manage client relationships at an executive level, including contract maintenance and renewal.
Β Ensure the team meets and exceeds performance goals, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented culture.
Β Utilize Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central to drive brand success.
Β Manage large advertising budgets (brand, product, display, DSP) up to $1M.
Β Promote a data-driven approach to account management and strategic decision-making.
Β Teach and coach team members to enhance their skills and promote career growth.
Qualifications:
Β Proven experience as a brand manager with a strong track record of success.
Β In-depth technical knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central.
Β Strong understanding of CPG and experience managing large ad budgets.
Β Demonstrated ability to develop and execute high-level strategies.
Β Exceptional people management skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
Β Excellent client relationship management skills with the ability to maintain executive-level engagements.
