About the role:
Helium 10 is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Affiliate Marketing to lead our global affiliate and partnership program. This role will focus on driving affiliate subscription growth and building a comprehensive affiliate experience strategy tailored for e-commerce influencers and course creators.
Responsibilities:
• Lead a world-class affiliate/partnership program on a global scale, focusing on affiliate subscription growth.
• Develop and implement an end-to-end affiliate experience strategy, including new affiliate onboarding and ongoing communication and education strategies for existing affiliates.
• Manage a high-performing team of Affiliate Managers who are responsible for sourcing, nurturing, and growing affiliate relationships.
• Exhibit strong communication skills and the ability to expertly collaborate with existing and potential affiliate partners.
• Partner closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams to enhance the overall affiliate experience.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Experience running affiliate or partnership programs
• Revenue, or revenue adjacent KPIs (ex: subscriber count)
• Management experience of community or affiliate managers
• Analytics experience, deep understanding of acquisition funnels and attribution
