Director of National Accounts Location: Remote (U.S. – field-based) Make an impact where strategy meets scale At Mölnlycke, we’re looking for a Director of National Accounts who thrives at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and influence. This is not a traditional sales role—it’s an opportunity to partner with commercial leadership and to help shape long-term strategy, build complex pricing architectures, and partner across the business to deliver meaningful value to customers across the continuum of care. You’ll step into a high-visibility, enterprise-level role , working with one of the most sophisticated and demanding segments in healthcare. What you’ll do Lead GPO strategy, contracting, and negotiations , design and execute aligned to multi-year business objectives Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, and Executive Leadership to deliver integrated solutions Serve as a strategic advisor to executive level internal stakeholders - aligning pricing architecture with broader commercial strategy Navigate complex RFP/RFI processes and ensure strong contract execution and pull-through Build and maintain executive/senior-level customer relationships, acting as a trusted partner Anticipate market dynamics and external pressures (e.g., supply chain, geopolitical, economic) and translate them into actionable strategies Support field sales teams in maximizing contract value and driving adoption Why is this role different: Depth over breadth: You’ll focus deeply on a key national account segment—allowing you to truly understand, influence, and shape strategy at a high level Strategic ownership: You’re not executing someone else’s plan - you’re helping build it, often years ahead Enterprise visibility: This is a shared-services role with exposure across multiple business areas - you’ll have a seat at the table shaping broader commercial direction Influence without authority: Success comes from your ability to align teams, build consensus, and lead through expertise Compensation & Benefits Information: This role earns a competitive base salary, annual bonus and car reimbursement. What we’re looking for Proven experience in national or corporate accounts, GPO sourcing process, and experience in executive level call points Strong strategic thinking and business acumen - ability to connect pricing, contracts, and long-term market positioning Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear business decisions Demonstrated success navigating complex stakeholder environments , both internally and externally Ability to lead through influence and operate effectively in a matrixed organization Bachelor’s degree required Background in medical device or related healthcare industry Prior team or enterprise project leadership experience preferred Additional details Remote, field-based role (U.S.) with travel (up to50%) Candidates should be located near a major airport Our approach to diversity and inclusion At Molnlycke, diversity is not just a vision, but our strength.
