About the Role

As a Director, National Account, you will play a critical role in developing and executing key partnership initiatives, category programs, and driving brand sales. You will work closely with our customers, bottling partners, and distributors to build strong relationships, identify opportunities for growth, and bring our brands to life. Key Responsibilities


Develop and execute business plans that align with our strategic goals, including key partnership initiatives, category programs, and brand sales growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including customers, bottling partners, and distributors.
Identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that we deliver the full depth and breadth of resources that result in mutual benefits.
Lead stewardship routines with responsible distributors to measure and communicate partner activities against mutually agreed-upon plans.
Activate category innovation, including Freestyle, Tea, Refresh Server, Juice, and VEB brands, at national and local levels with our Foodservice distributor network.
Champion change by eliminating barriers and ongoing service issues to provide the highest level of distributor customer service.


Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:


A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
At least 5 years of national sales experience within the beverage or CPG industries.
Proven ability to lead, prioritize, collaborate, and execute complex projects.
Strong relationship management skills, including knowledge of third-party supplier/contractor culture and core competencies.
Understanding of supplier capabilities and performance to enhance and manage relationships, specifically with foodservice distributor suppliers.
Supply Chain operations and transportation expertise, including an understanding of transportation planning and management of DPU, Intermodal, and Over-the-Road carrier network.
Ability to seek alternatives and recommend best solutions that gain all parties' support and lead to win-win results.
