Director, Marketing Communications and Brand - Life Sciences / Genomics
About the position
The Director, Marketing Communication and Brand at Integrated DNA Technologies (IDT) is a pivotal role within the Marketing Leadership Team, responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns that enhance IDT's brand and reputation. This position requires a creative leader with strong communication and organizational skills, who will collaborate with various teams to produce impactful marketing programs and improve processes within a high-growth marketing organization.
Responsibilities
• Develop and lead a strategic vision to increase awareness of IDT's corporate brand and enhance the company's reputation.

• Partner with product marketing, PR, and channel teams to execute external messaging across digital channels.
,
• Deliver impactful marketing campaigns using digital channels to create awareness of IDT products and services.
,
• Provide leadership in defining, mapping, and documenting key marketing campaign processes.
,
• Manage agency and contractor relationships to ensure timely delivery of projects within budget.
,
• Provide recommendations to senior leadership on improvements to marketing processes for scalability and efficiency.
Requirements
• 10+ years' experience in a leading Marketing Communication or Brand Strategy role in the Life Sciences or Diagnostics markets.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communication, or equivalent experience.
,
• Prior experience leading a high-performing marketing team with an inclusive leadership style.
,
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
,
• Strong working knowledge of project management tools, including Kapost.
,
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Nice-to-haves
• MBA is a plus.

• Prior experience in a Danaher operating company.
,
• Familiarity with DBS systems and tools and/or continuous process improvement/lean manufacturing principles.
