Director, IT Finance Strategy
Position Purpose:
The Director of IT Finance Strategy provides leadership, direction and analysis to the management team related to Technology strategic initiatives in order to achieve business goals and add shareholder value. The Director will play a key role in driving alignment, execution, accountability and governance related to strategic initiatives.
Design and lead annual strategic planning process for technology, partnering with leaders across the Company to prioritize investments and drive continuous improvements to increase agility, transparency, and value
Lead enterprise-wide quarterly updates in partnership with Product Management, focused on business value delivered through technology investments
Lead process improvements to connect technology investments to the work delivered and value created
Collaborate with CIO and technology leadership team to develop and communicate enterprise technology strategies
Lead strategic projects to articulate financial impacts of technology decisions and provide advice to technology leadership
Develop strategic communications to drive alignment on technology decisions and provide updates to internal and external audiences
Key Responsibilities:
Drives market intelligence on best practices and benchmarking related to IT Transformation and financial controls and governance.
Create sustainable process for measuring and quantifying the benefits of IT investments. Models and tracks results of all initiatives and provides transparency to executive leadership team.
Partners with IT, Finance, and Business to pro-actively identify and resolve risks and obstacles to help drive change management.
Models out long term road-map of financial transformation as a result of cloud, labor strategy, store infrastructure, equipment leasing, and modern software development.

Travel Requirements:
Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
Physical Requirements:
Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
Working Conditions:
Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Minimum Qualifications:
Must be eighteen years of age or older.
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
