Director, Insurance Management – ROPS
Job Description: • Lead operational oversight and strategy for a segment of DaVita's Insurance Management Team • Empower patients with knowledge and tools to make well-informed insurance decisions • Identify and act upon opportunities to help patients reduce insurance lapses and uninsured rates • Develop goals and strategies that will guide us through upcoming industry changes • Synthesize analyses, translate into specific actions, and gain buy-in to execute new action Requirements: • Bachelor's degree required • Minimum of five (5) years of related experience required • Experience implementing complex processes that span across multiple geographies • Experience with strategic planning and implementation of large, complex new initiatives • Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced, ever-changing and evolving work environment • Overnight travel 3-4 times a year for meetings Benefits: • Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, paid time off, PTO cash out • Family resources, EAP counseling sessions, access Headspace ® , backup child and elder care, maternity/paternity leave and more • DaVita offers a variety of programs to help strong performers grow within their career and also offers on-demand virtual leadership and development courses through DaVita’s online training platform StarLearning.
