Director – Infusion Strategy Solution

Job Description: • Lead Infusion Strategy consulting portfolio in all aspects including expanding new services • Collaborate with key partners to ensure delivery requirements are achieved • Build trusting relationships with clients and key business partners • Structure and lead client meetings to resolve issues and review deliverables • Lead large consulting engagements ensuring quality, profitability, and timeliness • Collaborate with commercial segments business leaders to drive product and sales strategy • Maintain industry perspective on trends affecting the portfolio • Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking for opportunity identification • Represent Cencora Corporation effectively to external constituents • Comply with policies, procedures, and regulations • Willingness to travel Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree; PharmD preferred • 7+ years of related experience in infusion pharmacy, specialty pharmacy, healthcare distribution, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, or related field • Management consulting experience preferred • Previous experience working with IDN and Health Systems preferred • Strong strategic thinker with financial modeling and decision support capabilities • Entrepreneurial spirit with ability to build concepts into marketable solutions • Understanding of healthcare industry • Strong critical thinking skills and ability to articulate key business strategies • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Benefits: • health insurance • dental care • vision care • comprehensive suite of benefits focusing on physical, emotional, financial, and social aspects of wellness • support for working families including backup dependent care, adoption assistance, infertility coverage, family building support, behavioral health solutions, paid parental leave, and paid caregiver leave • training programs • professional development resources • mentorship programs • employee resource groups • volunteer activities Apply tot his job
