Director, Identity Security Practice
Job Description:
Saviynt is an identity authority platform built to power and protect the world at work.The primary objective of this role is to lead and deliver customer projects, ensuring exceptional outcomes within our Identity Security practice.As Director, you will drive leadership, vision, and strategic growth for Saviynt's Identity Security Professional Services.This critical role focuses on delivering high-quality, profitable service engagements that foster trusted advisor relationships with clients.You will be instrumental in evolving and managing our identity security practice, ensuring its operational excellence and strategic alignment.
Requirements:
Must have significant leadership experience working within or running an Identity Security practice, with a deep understanding of its operational nuances, strategic development, and service delivery.Must have strong working experience in the Identity and Access Management (IAM) domain, involving a minimum of three end-to-end IAM project deliveries, specifically within an identity security practice context.3-5 years of consulting management experience leading people to support customer satisfaction and understanding key consulting business metrics.Proven experience in a leadership role, with a strong background in people management within a technical or consulting environment.Demonstrated success in building and scaling Professional Services functions, ideally with a focus on identity security.In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and practices.Strong working experience on microservices architecture.Strong experience leveraging design, architecture, and integration patterns for complex enterprise solutions.Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing and advising at all levels.Ability to perform a cost-benefit analysis of assigned projects.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Ability to estimate the implementation efforts for identity security projects.
