About the Role:
In this critical role, you will analyze the Iberian market landscape to identify growth opportunities and develop a comprehensive marketing strategy tailored to regional needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital ads, email marketing, outreach, ABM, and partnerships. Your expertise in content localization, performance analysis, and brand building will be essential in driving measurable business outcomes and establishing Broadvoice as a market leader in Iberia.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for the Iberian market, focusing on demand generation, customer acquisition, and brand awareness
Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital ads, email marketing, outreach, ABM, and partnerships
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to adapt content and messaging for the Iberian market while maintaining brand consistency
Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimize ROI and meet key performance metrics
Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment on goals and messaging
Increase brand visibility and establish Broadvoice as a market leader in Iberia through PR, events, and strategic partnerships
Requirements:
3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B technology, SaaS, or CCaaS industries, with a focus on the Iberian market
Fluency in Spanish (native or near native) and strong English proficiency
Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, Outreach Tools, or similar platforms)
Strong data analysis skills to track and optimize marketing performance
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment with a results-oriented approach
Innovative thinker with a knack for creating compelling, localized campaigns that resonate with the target audience
