BSG Global Speakers Bureau represents a curated, global roster of experts, educators, and thought leaders across leadership, strategy, faith, culture, business, and global affairs.
We operate as a premium speakers bureau, not a listing service. Our speakers include executives, physicians, academics, strategists, and globally positioned professionals—some publicly listed, others represented privately.
The Opportunity
We are expanding our leadership team and are seeking a small number of Director-level Speaker Partnership professionals.
This role is designed for individuals who already operate within the events, conferences, speaker booking, or institutional partnership ecosystem and want to align with a high-caliber global bureau.
This is a partnership-oriented role, not a traditional sales position.
What You’ll DoSpeaker Engagements
As a Director, Speaker Partnerships, you will:
• Represent BSG speakers to:
• Event organizers and conference producers
• Corporations and executive teams
• Universities, nonprofits, and faith-based institutions
• Connect decision-makers with speakers from the BSG roster
• Facilitate bookings for:
• Keynotes
• Virtual and hybrid events
• Workshops, panels, and trainings
• Begin with a curated group of 3–4 high-potential speakers assigned to you
Speaker Recruitment (Second Revenue Stream)
• Introduce qualified experts, educators, or thought leaders to BSG Global Speakers Bureau
• Support those individuals through:
• Initial interest and positioning
• Entry into the BSG certification process
• Earn commission on speakers you bring in who:
• Complete the BSG certification program and
• Are approved for representation by the Bureau
This role allows you to generate income on both sides of the bureau model:
• Speaker bookings
• Speaker acquisition
Compensation Structure
• Independent contractor (1099)
• You earn a percentage-based commission on:
• Speaking engagements you help secure for BSG speakers
• Speakers you introduce who complete certification and are represented
• No cap on earnings
• Paid per deal and per approved speaker
This mirrors how top speaker agents and athlete representatives operate.
Who This Role Is For
This role is ideal for professionals who:
• Already have relationships with event planners or organizations that book speakers
• Understand speaker fees, budgets, and booking cycles
• Operate comfortably at a director or partnership level
• Want to align with a premium global platform rather than build from scratch

• You also know speakers, trainers, or experts who may be a strong fit for bureau representation
