We are seeking a Director of Global Program Management to work within our Racks & Enclosure solutions team at Flex. This individual will assist and drive enclosures sales in addition to helping Global Operations management of Enclosure Customers Globally; including Program Management and technical quote analyses.
What a typical day looks like:
Support for on-boarding and launching hyperscale customers into the Rack & Enclosure facilities worldwide.
Explain technical quotes to customers.
Help Global Operations with on-boarding and management of Enclosure Customers
Work with operations across multiple sites to ensure performance and service is uniform throughout sites.
Provide guidance to Customers for alternative manufacturing options
The experience we are looking to add to our team:
10+ years of experience working within Racks & Enclosure/ Sheet Metal business.
Working knowledge of drawings and blueprints.
Ability to present to key stakeholders.
Experience being customer facing in a technical role.
