This role will own the customer education journey end-to-end—whether delivered through our sales force, peer-to-peer programs, or digital platforms.You will be responsible for designing and scaling a comprehensive training ecosystem that includes in-person programs, online modules, on-demand content, peer-to-peer learning, and fellows programs. This role will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Clinical, and Product teams to ensure training is impactful, consistent, and aligned with Insightec’s strategic goals.Key Responsibilities:Strategy & LeadershipDefine and execute the global customer training and education strategy.Establish KPIs to measure training effectiveness and customer engagement.Program Development Design and implement scalable training programs including:Instructor-led in-person trainingVirtual and hybrid training sessionsPeer-to-peer learning experiencesOn-demand eLearning modulesFellowship and advanced user programsEnsure content is clinically accurate (by partnering with clinical affairs and KOLs), engaging, and aligned with adult learning principles.Collaboration & ExecutionPartner with the Director of Global Product & Clinical training, Sales, Clinical, and Marketing teams to align training with commercial goals.Work with product teams to ensure training reflects the latest innovations and updates.Coordinate logistics, scheduling, and delivery of global training events and programs.Technology & InnovationLeverage digital platforms (e.g., LMS, CRM, Teams) to deliver and track training.Continuously evaluate and adopt new tools and formats to enhance learning experiences.Customer EngagementBuild strong relationships with key customers, KOLs, and training partners.Collaborate with key customers to co-develop content and programs.Create feedback loops to continuously improve training based on customer insights.Qualifications:10+ years of experience in customer training, education, marketing, sales and/or commercial enablement—preferably in medical devices, healthcare, or life sciences.Proven experience designing and scaling global training programs.Strong understanding of adult learning theory, instructional design, and digital learning tools.Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.Ability to travel domestically and internationally (approximately 40%).Preferred Qualifications:Experience with peer-to-peer and fellowship-based training models.Familiarity with neurosurgery, radiology, or focused ultrasound technologies.Proficiency in LMS platforms, content authoring tools, and data analytics.
