Director, Global Continuous Improvement

Develop and implement global continuous improvement strategies and initiatives in alignment with the company's goals and objectives. Lead and manage a team of continuous improvement professionals to ensure the successful execution of improvement projects. Identify areas for improvement in processes, systems, and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement efforts and ensure buy-in and support from all stakeholders. Conduct process analysis and identify opportunities for cost reduction, waste elimination, and quality improvement. Utilize Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to streamline processes and reduce waste. Monitor and measure the effectiveness of continuous improvement projects and provide regular updates and reports to senior management. Develop and maintain key metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to enhance continuous improvement efforts. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by providing training, coaching, and mentoring to employees at all levels of the organization. Identify and implement change management strategies to ensure the successful adoption of continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with global teams to standardize processes and drive consistency across all operations. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and quality standards related to continuous improvement.
