The future of cybersecurity starts with you.About the Role:CrowdStrike is seeking a Director of Federal Sales Engineering to lead and grow a high-performing team of Sales Engineers supporting our U.S. Federal business. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for guiding technical pre-sales efforts, mentoring engineering talent, and driving solution alignment across a portfolio of federal customers. What You'll Do:The Director will work closely with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and Threat Intelligence teams to ensure our platform aligns with federal mission requirements, acquisition strategies, and compliance frameworks.Success in this role requires a strong mix of technical depth, public sector experience, and people leadership. The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $160,000 - $245,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits.
