KBR is seeking a motivated Technical Director to manage Mission Technology Solutions (MTS) CTO initiatives. Key responsibilities include: • Directing, developing, communicating, and implementing the company's direction and strategic goals. • Developing strategies to optimize business development and marketing internally to the company's employees as well as externally to the clients. • Monitoring and supporting the pursuit of viable opportunities by supplying the resources and training necessary to assess, screen, and prioritize opportunities to optimize utilization of resources. • Identifying and communicating best practices throughout the company. • Optimizing results for customers as well as the company by establishing goals and objectives for operations and making operational decisions. • Developing strategy through the implementation and execution phases. Work Environment: • Location: Remote • Travel Requirements: Minimal 0-20% • Working Hours: Standard Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in related technical field and at least 15 years of related experience. Preferred Qualifications: • Graduate degree in related technical field. Basic Compensation: $184,000.00 - $275,900.00 The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity. Additional Compensation: KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation.
