Key Responsibilities
As a Director, Early Career Programs, you will be responsible for:
Designing and implementing early career programs that meet business needs and deliver compelling experiences for program participants
Managing and elevating our summer intern and full-time development programs, including onboarding, training, events, appraisal processes, rotations, and placements
Developing and implementing strategic and ad hoc advisory forums and communication channels to support program strategy and governance
Defining and tracking key performance metrics for all programs and initiatives to ensure they achieve intended outcomes
Developing and implementing innovative best practices to position the function for the future, considering both technology and automation
Managing the budget for program management initiatives, ensuring efficient use of resources
Ensuring DEI principles are embedded in our solutions and operations to reflect our associate population, customers, and communities we serve
Leading a team of professionals dedicated to leadership development, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities
Program Management Strategy
The Director, Early Career Programs, will be responsible for designing early career programs that meet business needs and deliver compelling experiences for program participants. This includes:
Developing a comprehensive program strategy that aligns with business objectives
Identifying and implementing best practices in early career program management
Collaborating with senior business and HR stakeholders to ensure program alignment with business needs
Program Implementation
The Director, Early Career Programs, will be responsible for managing and elevating our summer intern and full-time development programs. This includes:
Developing and implementing onboarding processes that ensure a smooth transition for program participants
Managing training and development programs that support the growth and development of program participants
Coordinating events and activities that foster engagement and community among program participants
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management
The Director, Early Career Programs, will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic and ad hoc advisory forums and communication channels to support program strategy and governance. This includes:
Building relationships with senior business and HR stakeholders to ensure program alignment with business needs
Developing and implementing communication channels that keep program participants and stakeholders informed
Collaborating with other teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to talent development
Performance Metrics
The Director, Early Career Programs, will be responsible for defining and tracking key performance metrics for all programs and initiatives. This includes:
Developing and implementing metrics that measure program success
Tracking and analyzing data to inform program improvements
Reporting on program outcomes to senior stakeholders
Innovation
The Director, Early Career Programs, will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative best practices to position the function for the future. This includes:
Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in early career program management

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
8+ years of relevant talent development and management experience, with a significant portion focused on early career program management and/or campus recruiting
Experience working at all levels of the organization, with significant time working directly with early career talent and senior leaders
Solution-oriented orientation – identifying the source of a question or challenge and providing the right, or a better, way of doing things
Culture and change champion - owning and balancing the conflicts between standing still and moving forwards; believes in, helps develop, and cultivates excitement in their workplace culture
Strong and proactive communication skills
Demonstrated organizational savvy and executive presence - effectively engaging with and influencing a wide range of stakeholders
