Director - Corporate Finance, Planning Cycles
Description:
Lead financial planning efforts, including Forecasts, Annual Operating Planning (AOP), and Long-Range Planning (LRP).
Establish and communicate the annual calendar for planning cycles.
Partner with the Beigene TM1/System team to manage systems throughout the planning cycles.
Present and propose plans to the Beigene CFO.
Consolidate final presentations with clear storytelling.
Oversee the consolidation of Revenue, COGS, OPEX, and cash flow.
Responsible for forecasting stock-based compensation.
Handle ad-hoc projects as they arise.
Manage a small team in the Corporate Finance team.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field is required.
MBA is desirable
10+ years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis.
Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry / biotech is required.
Corporate Finance experience is preferred.
Experience as a Finance business partner (Commercial, R&D, or G&A) is a plus.
Advanced user of TM1, Excel, PowerPoint, and Think Cell.
People management experience is required.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
