Director Corporate Community Investment

Develop and implement community investment strategies that align with the company's values and business objectives.
Identify and support key initiatives that promote social and economic development in the communities where the company operates.
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to build strong partnerships and collaborations.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in corporate community investment.
Manage and oversee the company's community investment budget.
Monitor and report on the impact and effectiveness of community investment initiatives.
Serve as the company's representative in community-related events and activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate community investment into business strategies and operations.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Lead and mentor a team of community investment professionals.
Develop and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders, including community leaders, non-profit organizations, and government agencies.
Communicate the company's community investment efforts and impact to internal and external stakeholders.
Identify and pursue new opportunities for community investment and partnership.
Represent the company in community investment-related discussions and forums.
Continuously evaluate and improve the company's community investment programs and initiatives.
Foster a culture of corporate social responsibility within the company.
Stay informed about local and global social issues and incorporate them into community investment strategies.
Provide guidance and support to other departments on community investment initiatives.
Participate in the development and execution of the company's overall corporate responsibility strategy.
Act as a spokesperson for the company's community investment efforts.
