As the Director of Content Marketing, you will lead the development and execution of high-quality content that engages key audiences throughout the customer journey. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with brand strategy, campaign goals, and business objectives. From thought leadership and research to customer stories and multimedia formats, you will shape and scale a content engine that fuels growth and awareness.Accountabilities:
Own and execute the content strategy to support awareness, engagement, and demand generation.
Develop and manage high-value content such as white papers, customer stories, research reports, and thought leadership.
Repurpose core content across formats (blog, social media, email, webinars, sales assets, etc.).
Lead content initiatives for product launches, campaigns, and key business priorities.
Oversee content performance metrics and optimize based on data and audience insights.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure message alignment across functions.
Manage editorial calendars, workflows, and partnerships with agencies and freelance writers.
Requirements
Extensive experience in B2B SaaS, technology, or related fields in a content marketing capacity.
Exceptional storytelling, writing, and editing skills; able to turn complex topics into clear narratives.
Proven success aligning content strategies with buyer journeys and business goals.
Strong knowledge of content repurposing across multiple channels and audience touchpoints.
Experience using data and analytics to measure performance and inform future strategy.
Skilled at cross-functional collaboration with product, sales, demand gen, and customer teams.
Familiarity with SEO, digital marketing best practices, and content distribution strategies.
Experience managing editorial processes, agency relationships, and external contributors.
