The Clinical Revenue Cycle division is currently pursuing applicants for the role of Director, Consulting - Healthcare Revenue Cycle. Responsibilities for the Director, Consulting - Healthcare Revenue Cycle role include:
• Actively contribute to team operational activities (e.g. playbook maintenance, business development, growth concepts, referenceable case studies, etc.).
• Contribute to a positive team environment.
• Facilitate ad-hoc client and vendor meetings.
• Identify, manage, track, and facilitate resolution of coding issues.
• Establish and manage timelines to ensure completion of client and vendor deliverables.
• Monitor transaction flow for assigned service lines.
• Provide revenue trends and key performance metrics reporting to clients.
• Execute playbook initiatives to deliver customer value.
• Serves as designated engagement lead.
• Lead multi-disciplinary coding process improvement (re-design/optimization).

• Facilitate problem resolution with internal and external stakeholders.
• Establish, interpret, analyze, and summarize revenue trends and key performance metrics.
• Synthesize and communicate important issues to COO/CRO.
