Director - Consult Partner, Enterprise Transformation - Healthcare
Description:
• Key leadership role across multi-disciplinary teams, guiding complex consulting engagements
• Responsible for creating and positioning strategic change agendas within Kyndryl's largest accounts
• Drive significant financial outcomes through signings and revenue targets
• Build and maintain deep relationships with client CXOs
• Lead by example and foster a culture of continuous personal and professional development
Requirements:
• Strong experience in Enterprise Transformation, specifically within the Healthcare Industry
• Extensive experience in client engagement and relationship management at the CXO level
• Leadership delivering customized client engagements that provide valuable insights
• Developing a pipeline of opportunities, originating, developing, and signing new business deals
• Deep understanding of industry trends and technology
• Demonstrated ability to innovate and drive change
