Director, Clinical Services (DCS)

Director of Clinical Services is responsible for the overall management of the division's clinical services team, including supervising clinical services teammates, implementing programs to improve patient quality outcomes, and participating in divisional operations review process. The role requires strong leadership skills, ability to manage and mentor people, and in-depth understanding of facility operations and roles of direct caregivers.
