Description & Requirements
The Channel Sales Director will be responsible for expanding and optimizing Infor’s partner ecosystem across a defined region or vertical. This role requires a proven leader who can identify, onboard, and activate channel partners to drive pipeline generation and accelerate revenue. You’ll work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and enablement teams to ensure our partners are empowered, aligned, and performing.
A Day in The life typically Includes:
Develop and execute a partner recruitment and growth strategy aligned with Infor’s go-to-market objectives.
Manage a portfolio of strategic channel partners, ensuring alignment with sales targets and partner business plans.
Drive joint business planning, pipeline development, and forecast accuracy.
Collaborate with field sales to support partner-led and partner-influenced opportunities.
Ensure partners are fully enabled and certified on Infor’s product portfolio and cloud solutions.
Champion partner needs internally while ensuring compliance with Infor’s policies and standards.
Leverage data and KPIs to measure partner performance and ROI, and adjust strategies accordingly.
Serve as the regional liaison for global alliance initiatives and strategic ISV relationships when applicable.
Basic Qualifications:
Be an experience leader in channel sales, partner management, or enterprise software sales.
Experience building and scaling partner ecosystems in a B2B SaaS or enterprise tech environment.
Experience of cloud / Saas / ERP/ SCM solutions, and partner enablement.
Experience influencing cross-functionally and operate at both strategic and tactical levels.
Presentation experience, having the ability to negotiate and influence up to C level.
Travel up to 50%.
