Woolpert is hiring a Director, Change Management to join our dynamic Business Transformation team. This position reports to the Global Head, Business Transformation, and is responsible for developing a strategic, results-driven approach to lead organizational engagement, readiness, and adoption for enterprise-wide transformation initiatives and M&A integrations. This role is responsible for developing and executing change management strategies that drive adoption, minimize resistance, and ensure the successful implementation of organizational changes across people, processes, and technology.

What You Will Do:

Lead the design and execution of comprehensive change management strategies for large-scale business transformation initiatives and acquisition integrations
Partner with executive leadership to align change initiatives with business goals and organizational priorities
Establish and oversee change frameworks, methodologies, tools, and governance
Conduct stakeholder analysis and develop engagement strategies across all levels of the organization, both internal and acquisition company stakeholders
Drive communication planning and execution to ensure clear, consistent messaging
Lead organizational readiness assessments and develop mitigation plans
Build and mentor a high-performing cross-functional change management team
Collaborate with HR, IT, and business leaders to integrate change practices into project delivery
Define and track success metrics (KPIs) to measure adoption, engagement, and business impact
Identify risks and resistance points and proactively develop mitigation strategies
Champion a culture of continuous improvement and change agility

What You Will Bring:

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree (MBA or related field) preferred
10+ years of experience in change management, organizational development, or transformation leadership
Proven experience leading large, complex enterprise transformations
Strong knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR or similar frameworks)
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior executives
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Skills

Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci)
Experience in business/digital transformation or M&A integration related change management
Background in consulting or large-scale program management
Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools
