Our preclinical ADME and Toxicology services provide critical data that drives drug development, and we are recognized for scientific expertise, regulatory compliance, and high-quality results.Role OverviewWe’re seeking a strategic, high-performing sales professional to expand our ADME and Toxicology services across the U.S. and Canada, with the opportunity to engage clients in a global service delivery model. What You’ll Do:Lead the full sales cycle for ADME/Toxicology services: prospecting, presentations, proposals, negotiation, and closingBuild and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers at pharma and biotech companies, positioning QPS as a partner for preclinical developmentIdentify opportunities, generate RFPs, and expand existing accounts with a global perspective on service deliveryRepresent QPS at industry meetings, conferences, and client visitsCollaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, Technical Operations, and Finance, to ensure clients’ global ADME/Tox needs are met and exceededProvide activity reports and sales forecasts to managementWhat We’re Looking For:Bachelor’s or master’s degree in life sciences, pharmacology, or toxicology and the experience that provides the KSAs to do the job; DABT credentials preferred1+ years of business development or technical sales experience in CROs, with a focus on ADME/Toxicology services (3+ years preferred)Demonstrated success selling globally delivered ADME/Tox services and managing client expectations across the assigned regionsStrong network in the pharma/biotech industry and deep knowledge of ADME/Tox lab capabilitiesSelf-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working remotelyExcellent communication, relationship-building, and closing skillsWhy QPS:Join a collaborative, innovative team shaping the future of drug development.
