RESPONSIBILITIESSupport our best-in-class client base by partnering with creative, strategy, and social media teams to provide insights that bring their marketing media presence to the next levelIdentify project KPIs and design a reporting roadmap that supports brand initiatives across priority social platformsTranslate large datasets into actionable insights and present those findings across the organization to a variety of audiencesOwn measurement systems for your clients including managing data collection and recommending opportunities for additional streamliningOwn audience, trend, and consumer research projects to provide insights and make strategic recommendations in partnership with other teams to help build your brands’ presence and achieve marketing goals.MANDATORY SKILLS6-8+ years experience in analytics, insights and data management roles. Social/digital focus desired, must be comfortable evaluating social/digital data. Proven track record of leading and developing analytics processes, particularly in a remote environment.Experience working in social media monitoring tools, social media management tools, and social listening tools (Sprinklr, Meltwater, Brandwatch, Tubular etc.)Experience working with data visualization and presentation software (Looker Studio, Tableau, Keynote, PowerPoint etc.)Experience building internal and competitive benchmarksExperience working with both paid and organic data analysisWritten and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships (both internally and with clients)Ability to conduct high level analysis and provide insights in a consumable presentation format that aids client understanding and provides creative and strategy teams with actionable next stepsHas a finger on the pulse of emerging social trends and platforms, and can think critically about how to implement those best practices for our clientsREQUIREMENTSProven ability to lead both external client relationships as well as influencing and enrolling senior stakeholders Ability to identify opportunities and experience in collaborating across functions (Strategy and Creative) to provide data-driven insights that elevate overall performance Proven experience building unique and comprehensive measurement frameworks for brands and talent partnerships, across both the paid and organic media spectrumThe ability to lead core areas of audience insight, brand storytelling, and measurement strategyTHE·TEAM does not discriminate on the basis of race, sex, color, religion, age, national origin, marital status, disability, veteran status, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity or any other reason prohibited by law in provision of employment opportunities and benefits.
