Schedule: Full time, Monday - Thursday 7am-5pm, No weekends
Pay: $17.42 per hour
Location: Camp Eden Wood in Eden Prairie, MN

How You'll Contribute:
• Assists participants with activities of daily living; recreation/leisure and personal cares
• Administers medications as requested
• Provides instruction and support including the use of adaptive technology and hands on coaching
• Develops, coordinates, leads, and manages program activities
• Follows goals set for participant
• Completes general cleaning tasks
• Transports participant to various locations
• Participates in training and development
• Completes documentation requirements
• Ensures individual's belongings are properly checked in, maintained, and checked out
• Uses standard office equipment
• Performs other duties as assigned
What You'll Bring to the Table:
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred
• Must have or be willing to complete CPR/First Aid certifications
• Must have an acceptable driving record and pass a motor vehicle record check to become an agency driver
• High school diploma required, some college in a related field desirable
• Ability to handle possible physical aggression and challenging behaviors
• Detail oriented with an emphasis on safety
• Must be a team player and self-directed
• Strong communication skills
• Must have good verbal and written communication skills
• Must have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with people at all levels of the organization
• Must have functional computer skills with the ability to use Outlook and Word
• Must be able to pass an organizational background study
