Project Overview
Eden is seeking a US-based Direct Response Copywriter with deep expertise in women’s health, wellness, and modern telehealth to support performance-driven growth initiatives.
This is a results-oriented engagement focused on conversion, trust, and clarity within a regulated healthcare environment. The Contractor will function as an independent subject matter expert, responsible for producing high-performing copy that helps women make informed healthcare decisions while driving measurable business outcomes.
Scope of Work (Deliverables)
The Contractor shall be responsible for the following deliverables:
1. Conversion-Focused Copy Development
Write high-performing copy for landing pages and product detail pages (PDPs).
Develop clear, empathetic medical intake flows and patient education content.
Produce email and SMS lifecycle messaging across acquisition, onboarding, retention, and reactivation.
Create paid social, CTV, and affiliate creative optimized for performance.
Support product launches and new care offerings with end-to-end messaging.
2. Campaign Ideation & Messaging Strategy
Independently develop campaign concepts, hooks, narratives, and testing angles.
Bring proactive ideas specifically tailored to women navigating real health decisions.
Translate complex medical and clinical information into calm, clear, and empowering language.
3. Performance Optimization & Iteration
Use performance data and experimentation to refine messaging and improve results.
Deliver multiple test variants and iterations based on learnings.
Balance conversion goals with trust, empathy, and responsible healthcare communication.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Compliance
Collaborate with Eden’s Clinical and Legal teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and responsible messaging.
Incorporate feedback while maintaining clarity, performance focus, and brand voice.
Utilize AI tools for ideation and iteration while protecting originality and human insight.
QualificationsContractor Qualifications
Professional Experience: 3–7+ years of copywriting experience with a proven direct-response or performance marketing background.
Domain Expertise: Direct experience writing for women’s health, wellness, or female-focused brands (required).
Regulated Industry Experience: Telehealth, healthcare, or regulated-industry experience strongly preferred.
Writing Proficiency: Demonstrated strength in both long-form and short-form copy.
Collaboration: Comfortable working with Clinical teams and regulated content workflows.
Portfolio Requirement: Portfolio required with clear performance outcomes (e.g., conversion lift, revenue impact, CTR/CVR, CAC/CPA, retention, or test results tied to the work).
