Develop and implement payment and platform strategies to drive growth and profitability for eBay.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in the payments landscape to inform strategic decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of payment and platform strategies.
Conduct thorough analysis and evaluation of current payment processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
Work closely with finance and operations teams to manage and optimize the cost of payments.
Lead the development of new payment solutions and partnerships to enhance the user experience and drive business results.
Monitor and track key performance metrics related to payments and platform strategies, and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
Drive innovation and continuous improvement in the payments and platform space to stay ahead of competitors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders in the payments industry.
Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior leadership on emerging payment trends and opportunities.
Continuously evaluate and update payment and platform strategies to adapt to changing market conditions and business needs.
Mentor and develop a team of payments and platform professionals to support the growth and success of the department.
