Digital/UI Designer – Social Impact
Job Description: • Designing a website for a nonprofit client under management of our Design Director • Developing a polished, production-ready UI in Figma—translating strategic intent into visual design • Attention to responsive behavior, accessibility, and developer handoff Requirements: • Minimum of six years of professional experience, preferably in an agency • Expert-level Figma skills including components, variables, styles, and auto-layout • Strong understanding of design systems • Experience developing responsive UI designs based on established creative direction • Experience preparing production-ready Figma files with clear annotations for developer handoff • Ability to flag technical constraints, edge cases, and accessibility considerations proactively • Experience incorporating feedback and collaborating with design leadership and developers • Must be within 3 hours of the EST timezone • Nice to Have • Experience working with nonprofits or in an agency setting • Experience presenting to stakeholders or clients Benefits: Apply tot his job
