Digital Scrum Master

Job Description:As a Scrum Master/Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects while fostering an agile and collaborative environment. You will be responsible for guiding cross-functional teams through the Scrum framework, managing project timelines, and facilitating effective communication among stakeholders.RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:• Scrum Master Duties: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.• Coach and mentor team members on Scrum practices and Agile principles to ensure adherence and continuous improvement.• Remove impediments that hinder the team’s progress and work to resolve conflicts within the team as a Scrum Master/ Project Manager.• Work closely with the Product Owner to manage the product backlog, prioritize tasks, and ensure alignment with project goals.• Project Manager Duties: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.• Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders and adjusting plans, as necessary.• Manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure effective communication and collaboration among all project participants.• General Responsibilities: Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.• Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.Foster a positive team environment that promotes productivity, creativity, and high performance.Collect and analyze project metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
