Role Summary

The Digital Product Manager / Owner is responsible for driving Epic‑integrated digital products across multiple product teams, experiences, and lines of business. This role defines and executes cross‑product initiatives, ensures alignment between business needs and technology solutions, and serves as the primary point of accountability for Epic delivery and customer outcomes.

Partnering closely with Product Management, Engineering, Design, and business stakeholders, the Domain Owner optimizes product roadmaps, manages dependencies, and delivers measurable business and user impact.

Key Responsibilities
• Define and communicate the Epic and initiative‑level product vision aligned to customer and business needs
• Drive alignment of end‑to‑end user experiences across products, platforms, and channels
• Own and coordinate cross‑product roadmaps, dependencies, and delivery milestones
• Lead backlog prioritization, discovery, and scope definition in partnership with Product Managers and Product Owners
• Define and track initiative‑level success metrics, OKRs, and product health indicators
• Communicate progress, risks, and insights to senior stakeholders and leadership
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Engineering, Design, Architecture, Operations, and Product Strategy using agile practices
• Support team development through coaching, feedback, and establishing strong ways of working

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 7+ years experience in product management, product ownership, business analysis, project management, consulting, or related roles
• 7+ years experience delivering software or digital products, preferably large‑scale or consumer‑facing
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and complex initiatives in an agile environment

Preferred Qualifications
• Product or agile certifications (e.g., CPM, CSPO)
• Experience working closely with software development teams
• General understanding of software development and system architecture
• Knowledge of Healthcare Industry
