Job Description:

The Digital Product Manager leads the strategy development, analysis, design and implementation of Digital solutions supporting GLD Fulfillment and Returns service offering. He/She develops ideas for new products, feature enhancements, visual and functional prototypes, and creates product development strategies to enhance the digital customer experience with UPS Fulfillment services (e.g., analyses, technical requirements, user experience screens and flow, process flows, user requirements, etc.) to be delivered on time and within budget. This position participates in component and data architecture design, technology planning, and testing for Applications Development (AD) initiatives to meet business requirements and ensure compliance. He/She collaborates cross-functionally across business teams, and within the GLD Strategy and Product Development team, to develop / gain approval of business cases aligned to new technology solution opportunities. The Digital Product Manager develops and leads the Fulfillment Digital Strategic plan, collaborating with external customer and internal partners to inform new opportunities, define priorities, and design requirements. He/She is responsible for collaborating cross-functionally to manage project schedules, resource allocations, and decision-making affecting the success of assigned projects (i.e., results, deadlines, and budget). This position provides consultation, training, and subject matter expertise internally and externally to ensure awareness, education, and alignment.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $116,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $216,100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to, market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate's work experience. Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
