Digital Operations Coordinator
Roku is the #1 TV streaming platform in the U.S., and they are seeking a detail-oriented and data-savvy Linear Programming & Analytics Coordinator to join their operations team. This role involves organizing video content into schedules, analyzing performance data, and producing actionable reports to enhance programming and audience engagement strategies. Responsibilities Curate and organize VOD and LIVE content into daily and weekly linear channel schedules using industry-standard scheduling platforms Collaborate with content and editorial teams to ensure programming aligns with audience preferences and brand strategy Maintain accurate programming logs and metadata for all scheduled content Retrieve viewership, engagement, and performance data from Roku’s analytics tools and third-party platforms Clean, organize, and validate datasets to ensure accuracy Create regular reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) summarizing key metrics, trends, and insights Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize programming and improve audience retention Work closely with content acquisition, marketing, and technical operations teams to ensure smooth programming workflows Share analytics findings with stakeholders to inform decision-making Assist in special projects related to programming strategy and audience development Skills Bachelor's degree in Media, Communications, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience) 1+ years of experience in content programming, broadcast scheduling, or media analytics Strong understanding of OTT/CTV platforms, especially Roku Proficiency with analytics tools (Roku dashboards, Google Analytics, or similar) Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) is a plus Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication abilities Benefits Health insurance Life insurance Disability benefits Parental leave Wellness benefits Paid time off Healthcare (medical, dental, and vision) Life Accident Disability Commuter Retirement options (401(k)/pension) Company Overview Roku develops video streaming devices that provide users access to Internet-streamed video or audio services.
