Digital Media Marketing Specialist

Rothenberger USA is looking for a Digital Media Marketing Specialist to join our team with a strong focus on Social Media Management, Event Coordination and Influencer Collaboration. The salary range being offered is $55,000-$62,000 per year. Also includes benefits including healthcare, company paid vision and dental insurance, 401K with up to 6% employer match, 17 days of vacation, 5 paid leave days, and 10 paid holidays.

Job Title: Digital Media Marketing Specialist

Overview: The Digital Media Marketing Specialist will be responsible for event coordination for tradeshows and events, social media management, influencer collaboration and market research. This role will also work closely with the marketing team on data analysis, timeline/budget management as well as working closely with each department to ensure continuity in messaging.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate events such as tradeshows, conferences,

webinars, and product launches, including logistics, promotional materials, and

attendee communication.

2. Social Media Management: Plan, execute and monitor social media campaigns

and event promotions for Sievert and Rothenberger Brands.

3. Influencer Collaboration: Identify, onboard, and oversee social media influencers,

including training and aligning them with recommended product promotions.

4. Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and

customer preferences to update marketing strategies and campaign development

on an as needed basis.

5. Data Analysis: Collaborate with the marketing team to analyze marketing data and

metrics to track campaign performance, identify trends, and make

recommendations for optimization.

6. Digital Marketing Support: Manage social media accounts, including content

scheduling, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance metrics.

7. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as

sales, product development, and design to ensure alignment of messaging and

marketing efforts.

8. Timeline/Budget Management: Work with the marketing team to monitor project

timeliness closely to ensure expenses and resources are being used strategically to

adhere to budget constraints, adjusting as needed to optimize spending.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing software/tools (e.g., CRM systems, social media management platforms, Google Analytics).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive insights.
• Creativity and attention to detail in content creation and design.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Must be available to travel up to 20% of the time.
