Job Summary As a Digital Media and Audience Analyst you will play a crucial role in the execution of cross-platform digital campaigns and audience strategies. Working in coordination with campaign strategists and account teams, the Analysts will own campaign upload and maintenance, create and maintain reports, and develop data-driven insights and optimizations. They will also own creating audience recommendations and managing audience distributions for our self-serve customers. Reports to: Manager, Digital Media & Audience Operations What You'll Do: Implement and support healthcare focused D2C and HCP campaigns across multiple channels and platforms Create and implement tracking and tagging elements across varying campaign assets Collaborate with strategic leads to develop campaign and audience strategies for managed campaigns and self-serve customers Manage campaigns across multiple platforms including, but not limited to: Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Bing, and DSP Vendors Compile client facing campaign reports on a regular cadence, including optimizations, insights, and recommendations Manage the process of defining audiences to be targeted, creating audience recommendations, and tracking and compiling usage reports from customers Manage the distribution of Definitive Healthcare Audience segments programmatically via onboarders to DSP, SSP, CTV, Social, and other media destinations Manage operations tasks and track issues in Jira and trackers, and own internal team communication on a timely, consistent basis Troubleshoot audience segment delivery issues, such as distribution completion or segment identifiers and sizes, with end platforms and onboarders Escalate operational issues, delays and challenges, pairing each with suggested solutions Requirements: Baseline knowledge of digital marketing with 1-3 years working in digital media, ad or marketing technology, or ad operations Healthcare Marketing background preferred Excellent attention to detail Strong analytical abilities, comfortable reviewing data and reports to make educated decisions Desire to work in a fast-paced work environment, and ability to manage time to commit to on time delivery, every time Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel Desire to learn new platforms and technologies. Ability to learn independently using open resources, help docs, etc Nice to Have: Programmatically trade/buy inventory in a real-time bidding environment Familiarity with Google Ads, Facebook / Instagram Ads / Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads and LookerStudio Experience using LiveRamp, and other advertising operational tools Knowledge of Media vendors, platforms, data partners, SSPs and DSPs like The Trade Desk, DeepIntent, PulsePoint, Facebook Ads Manager, Amazon, etc. Why we love Definitive, and why you will too!
