This position will be with one of Synect Media's trusted subcontractors, but youll work directly with Synect Media's team to support our innovative digital media installations and projects at the airport. Youll collaborate with Synect Medias professionals on high-profile projects, gaining exposure to groundbreaking digital experiences in one of the busiest airports in the world.

What You'll Do:
Provide hands-on support and maintenance for large-scale digital signage and video wall environments.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues to ensure smooth operations.
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver innovative multimedia solutions.
Create and maintain detailed technical and training documentation.
Manage competing priorities effectively and provide timely solutions.
Continuously expand your knowledge and adapt to new technologies in an ever-evolving field.
What We're Looking For:
Proficiency in IT systems, including hardware, software, networking, Windows, and Office 365 platforms.
Ability to isolate issues, identify root causes, and independently implement solutions.
Strong attention to detail and excellent troubleshooting skills.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to engage confidently with clients and teams.
Positive and proactive approach to working with clients and colleagues.
Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Bachelors degree in a related field OR 3+ years of experience in IT support, digital media, or system administration.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with digital signage systems for content deployment and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, XML, and JSON for optimizing and customizing digital media content.
